Ingredients
- 1 frying chicken, cut up and cooked until tender
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can biscuits
Directions

1Remove chicken from bones and arrange pieces in lightly greased casserole.

2Saute onions in 1 tablespoon oil until clear, but not browned.

3Add carrots, celery and 1/2 cup chicken broth (stock from cooking chicken).

4Simmer for 5 minutes.

5Add to casserole, then add the mushrooms (drained).

6Dilute the cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can of broth.

7Pour over meat and vegetables in casserole. Arrange biscuits on top.

8Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes, until biscuits are done.
