- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 12 c. water
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- McKay's chicken seasoning to taste
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 lb. carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 can Fri Chik
Directions

1Melt and stir together the margarine and flour.

2Set aside. Cook remaining ingredients, except chicken, until tender.

3Add chicken and flour mixture; cook until thick.

4Pour into baking dish.

5Top with biscuit crust and bake at 350° for 30 minutes until golden.
