  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 12 c. water
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • McKay's chicken seasoning to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 lb. carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 can Fri Chik

Directions

    Melt and stir together the margarine and flour.

    Set aside. Cook remaining ingredients, except chicken, until tender.

    Add chicken and flour mixture; cook until thick.

    Pour into baking dish.

    Top with biscuit crust and bake at 350° for 30 minutes until golden.
