  • pastry for 2 pie shells
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. chicken broth
  • 3 c. chicken
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas and carrots
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento

Directions

    Cook onion in butter until tender.

    Add salt and flour.

    Add broth and stir.

    Mix the other stuff and pour in pie shell and put top on pie.

    Put slits in top.

    Bake at 425° to 450° approximately 30 minutes.
