  • 1 chicken, cooked, deboned and chopped (I use 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 large (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 3/4 c. oleo
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. Bisquick

Directions

    Melt oleo in 13 x 9-inch pan. Put chicken over oleo. Mix soup and broth; pour over chicken. Pour vegetables over mixture. Mix milk and Bisquick; pour over pie. Cook at 425° for 25 minutes or until done. Serves 6 to 8.
