- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 cooked fryer
- 1 large can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 box Pillsbury pie pastry
Directions

1Melt 1/2 cup oleo in skillet; blend in flour, salt, pepper and 3 cups chicken broth.

2Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Add cooked chicken and mixed vegetables.

3Pour mixture into uncooked pie crust.

4Place uncooked pie crust on top.

5Punch holes in pie crust with fork.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until crust is done and brown on top.
