  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. Martha White baking mix
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • mixed vegetables (if desired)
  • salt and pepper (add for desired taste)

Directions

    Boil chicken until tender or cook in slow cooker.

    In a large bowl, debone chicken; add can of cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and 3 cups of chicken broth.

    Mix all these ingredients together.

    Put in a large casserole dish.

    Mix flour, milk and melted butter together, then pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until crust is brown.
