- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. plain flour
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1 2/3 c. cooked peas and carrots
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 frozen pie shells
Directions

1Cook chicken.

2Save 1 1/2 cup broth.

3Melt butter in large pan.

4Blend in flour.

5Cook on low heat until bubbly, stirring frequently.

6Add broth and milk.

7Cook until thickened.

8Add chicken, peas and carrots, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper. Heat all and pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with one pie shell on the bottom.

9Top with other pie crust.

10Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
