- 3 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
- 1 c. sliced, cooked carrots
- 1/2 c. cooked peas
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 c. chicken stock or bouillon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Add flour, salt and pepper to chicken stock and cook until it thickens.

3Mix all ingredients together and put in a casserole dish.

4Top with pastry or pie shell.

5You may put it on the bottom of casserole, also, if you wish.

6Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
