- 15 oz. can mixed vegetables
- 15 oz. can potatoes (cut into cubes)
- 10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 2 or 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked
- 1 c. Original Bisquick
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
Directions

1Cook the chicken breasts and cut into bite size pieces.

2Mix chicken, vegetables, potatoes, and soup in a 2 qt. casserole dish. In another bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, and egg until blended.

3Pour this mixture over the chicken mixture.

4Bake at 425 for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
