  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 1/2 c. shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 2.8 oz. French fried onions
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

Directions

    Combine soup, sour cream, milk, chicken and half of cheese. Spread 3/4 of the mixture in a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle hash browns over the top and press down lightly. Spread with the remaining mix. Sprinkle with onions, potato chips and remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until bubbly. Let cool before serving.
