- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 c. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. finely chopped chicken, cooked
- 1/3 c. chopped almonds
Directions

1In saucepan, combine chicken broth, salt, salad oil, cayenne pepper, celery seed and parsley flakes.

2Add Worcestershire sauce. Add flour all at once and stir rapidly over low heat until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball.

3Remove from heat until mixture is smooth and shiny.

4Add chicken and almonds.

5Blend well and drop on greased cookie sheet.

6Make them small.

7Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes until light brown.

8These freeze well.

9Reheat at 250° for 10 minutes.
