  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. shredded processed Swiss cheese
  • 2 c. finely chopped or cooked canned chicken
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. dry white wine
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Melt butter in 1/2 cup boiling water.

    Add flour and dash of salt.

    Stir vigorously.

    Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.

    Remove from heat and cool.

    Add egg and beat vigorously until smooth.

    Stir in cheese.
