- 2 small pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 5 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. diced pimientos
- 2 cans (8 oz. each) crescent rolls
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl mix together the cream cheese and 3 tablespoons melted butter.

3Add the chicken, milk, pepper, minced onion and pimientos; mix well.

4Separate each package of crescent rolls into 4 rectangles.

5Divide the chicken filling evenly and spoon into center of each rectangle.

6Bring ends up together and pinch closed.

7Brush with remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter.

8Place puffs on a greased cookie sheet and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
