  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 10 oz. Cooked Chicken Breast (small diced)
  • 1 medium Tomato (seeded and cubed)
  • 4 Green Onion, (chopped)
  • Sour Cream
  • Salsa
  • Guacamole

Directions

    Lay out two tortillas and sprinkle one side with cheeses, chicken, diced tomatoes, green onions and top with the other tortilla.

    In a skillet, heat one tablespoon of oil, place the stacked tortillas.

    Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese has melted.

    Cut into wedges and serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
