- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (13 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1 c. cooked chicken
- 1 deep-dish pie crust
Directions

1Beat eggs until creamy, set aside.

2Mix cornstarch, salt and pepper in bowl.

3Slowly stir in chicken broth until smooth, then beat this mixture slowly into beaten eggs.

4Stir in cheese, green pepper and chicken.

5Pour into deep-dish pie crust.

6Bake 15 minutes at 425°, then reduce heat to 325° and bake 30 minutes more. Serves 6
