Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pastry shell
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 3/4 tsp. basil, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried mustard
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
- 1 (5 oz.) can chunks style chicken, drained and chopped or 3/4 c. cooked chicken
Directions

1Place pastry shell on a preheated baking sheet in a 450° oven. Bake at 450° for 6 minutes.

2Remove from oven.

3Reduce oven to 325°.

4In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, flour, onion, parsley, basil, salt, mustard and pepper.

5Sprinkle cheese and chicken evenly over the partially baked pastry shell.

6Pour egg mixture over all.

7Bake in 325° oven about 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

8Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
