  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/8 cup carrot, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth

    Heat a medium sized pot on medium-high heat.

    Add vegetable oil and onions. Cook for about 2 minutes until onions begin to soften. Add garlic, stir until fragrant (about 1 minute).
