- 1 large head lettuce
- several slices red onion
- 8 slices crisp bacon
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. thawed, frozen peas
- 1/2 cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
Directions

1Place lettuce, peas, cauliflower, cucumber and pepper in large flat container.

2Top with onion slices and crumbled bacon bits. Mix together mayonnaise, sugar and Parmesan and top salad with dressing.

3Cover and refrigerate overnight.

4Toss before serving.
