  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
  • 1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing (only Wish-Bone)
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • sprinkle of Parmesan
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley

Directions

    Drain sauerkraut well.

    Press out excess liquid.

    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
