- 2 (3 lb.) boned chicken breasts
- 1 (2 lb.) can Silver Floss sauerkraut, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese slices
- 1 large size bottle Thousand Island dressing
Directions

1In a 3-quart baking dish, spoon Thousand Island dressing to cover bottom of dish.

2Arrange chicken breasts in serving sized pieces.

3Place drained sauerkraut on top of chicken.

4Arrange Swiss cheese slices on top of sauerkraut.

5Lastly, pour the entire bottle of dressing over all.

6Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
