  • 1 fryer chicken, cut up
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. of water
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Spread raw rice in bottom of 9 x 12 casserole dish or pan. Salt and pepper chicken parts and place on top of rice.

    Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.

    Mix together cream of mushroom soup and water.

    Pour over all; do not stir.

    Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
