- 1 1/2 c. regular rice
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
Directions

1Arrange rice in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

2Combine soups in large saucepan.

3Gradually stir in milk.

4Heat over medium heat.

5Pour over rice layer.

6Arrange chicken over rice. Sprinkle with dry soup mix.

7Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a 325° oven for 2 hours or until chicken is tender. Makes 6 servings.
