  • 3/4 pound chicken breast, sliced to 1 1/2 x 3 inch slices
  • 2 slices ham, 1 x 1 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 Chinese sausage, thin sliced
  • 3 stalks green onion, sliced, 1 1/2 inch long
  • 1 zucchini, sliced 1 x 1 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 to 4 c. oil
