- 8 chicken breasts
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Boil chicken; save broth.

2Add water to broth to make 1 1/2 quarts.

3Cook vermicelli in broth; drain.

4Save broth again.

5Cut chicken into small pieces.

6Cut cheese into cubes.

7Add to hot vermicelli.

8Saute onion and pepper in butter.

9Mix all ingredients well.

10Cook in 3 quart covered casserole.

11Cook at 350° for 25 minutes.

12Add broth as needed to keep from drying out.
