  • 5 c. cooked chicken, cut in chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 c. small green grapes
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
  • 1 c. toasted slivered almonds or pecans
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients; let stand while combining remaining ingredients, or may refrigerate first mixture overnight. Gently toss both mixtures together.
