- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. small green grapes
- 1 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
- 1 c. toasted slivered almonds or pecans
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients; let stand while combining remaining ingredients, or may refrigerate first mixture overnight. Gently toss both mixtures together.
