Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) plain low-fat yogurt
- 4 tsp. honey (more if desired)
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/3 c. white raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 3/4 c. celery, diced
- 1 1/2 c. apples, diced (Red or Golden Delicious)
- 4 chicken breast halves (skinless and boneless), cooked and cut into bite-size cubes
Directions

1Combine chicken, apples, celery, walnuts and raisins in a bowl. Toss and mix.

2Mix yogurt with honey and drained crushed pineapple.

3Stir yogurt mixture into chicken mixture and toss until well coated.

4Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.

5Garnish with seedless white grapes or mandarin oranges.

6This is better if eaten the day it is prepared.
