- 3 large or 4 medium skinned chicken breasts
- 1 c. celery
- 2 c. green grapes
- 2 c. slivered or sliced toasted almonds
- 2/3 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cook chicken until tender.

2Bone and cube chicken.

3Add celery, green grapes, salt and mayonnaise.

4Mix thoroughly.

5Just prior to serving, add the toasted almonds and mix well.

6Save a few for garnish on the top.
