- 3 to 4 pieces chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 onion (medium to large), chopped
- 1 apple (Granny Smith or Red Delicious), chopped
- 1 can small pineapple chunks
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or nut of choice
- 1 1/2 c. pasta (of choice)
- 1/2 c. raisins (dark or golden)
- 3 1/2 tsp. curry powder (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook and cool pasta.

2Cook cubed chicken and 1/2 onion in large frying pan halfway through and add curry powder and 1/2 to 3/4 cup water.
