Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 pieces chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 onion (medium to large), chopped
  • 1 apple (Granny Smith or Red Delicious), chopped
  • 1 can small pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or nut of choice
  • 1 1/2 c. pasta (of choice)
  • 1/2 c. raisins (dark or golden)
  • 3 1/2 tsp. curry powder (to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Cook and cool pasta.

    Cook cubed chicken and 1/2 onion in large frying pan halfway through and add curry powder and 1/2 to 3/4 cup water.
