- 1 1/2 lb. boneless, chicken breasts
- mayonnaise
- oregano to taste
- 1 medium onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 Tbsp. Gulden's mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil chicken until done.

2Save broth.

3While chicken is cooling, cut celery and onion into small pieces.

4Put into food processor and chop, being careful not to overchop.

5Squeeze the liquid out of celery and onion.

6Mix all the ingredients, except for the broth.

7Put broth in a jar and save for another recipe. Mix and let stand for half an hour, then serve.
