- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
- 3 oz. chow mein noodles
- 8 oz. sliced water chestnuts
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 4 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- juice of small lemon
Directions

1Mix chicken, lettuce, green onions, almonds, chow mein noodles and water chestnuts in a large bowl.

2In small mixing bowl, mix sugar, salt, Accent, rice vinegar, pepper, salad oil and lemon juice.

3Don't pour over salad until you are ready to eat.
