- 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 10 walnut halves
- 1 pkg. ready to bake biscuits
Directions

1Drain the pineapple, saving the syrup.

2Combine the pineapple, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.

3Divide the mixture into 10 greased muffin cups.

4Place a walnut half on each.

5Add one teaspoon of pineapple syrup to each.

6Top with a biscuit.

7Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes or until the biscuits are done.

8Invert pan immediately on a serving plate.

9Cool for 1 minute before lifting pan.
