  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup apple, diced
  • 12 cup celery, diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 12 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Combine chicken, apple, celery, green onion and walnuts in a large bowl.
