- 6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
- 6 thin ham slices
- 6 slices Mozzarella cheese
- Italian herb seasoning
- 4 Tbsp. lite margarine, melted
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Pound chicken breasts between 2 pieces of waxed paper until about 1/4-inch thick.

2On boned side of each breast, place 1 slice Mozzarella cheese and a dash of Italian herb seasoning.

3Roll up. Dip each piece in melted margarine.

4Then roll in mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley.

5Place in shallow pan and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown and tender.
