  • salt and pepper
  • flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1/2 tsp. basil or Beau Monde
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • parsley, shredded
  • 1 c. sour cream

    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
