- 4 qt. zucchini, peeled and cut in pieces
- 3 sliced onions
- 5 green peppers
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. powdered alum
Directions

1Put the sugar, vinegar, salt, turmeric, celery seed and mustard seed in a large pot.

2Boil for 5 minutes. Add the alum. Add the zucchini, peppers and onions. Bring to rolling boil.

3Set off stove.

4Place in hot jars and seal.
