  • 2 skinless chicken breasts, steamed or poached, shredded
  • 1/2 roasted red capsicum, skin removed, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT FREE Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon basil leaves, shredded
  • handful snow pea sprouts, trimmed
  • 8 slices mixed grain bread

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except the bread.

    Divide chicken mixture between four slices of bread, top with remaining bread.
