- 1 lb. chic-kettes, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 c. frozen mixed vegetables
- 3/4 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 1/3 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Cook chic-kette and garlic in margarine over low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2Stir in vegetables.

3Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are heated, stirring occasionally. Add cheese, stir until melted.

4Serve over rice.
