  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 red pepper, julienned
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut in serving pieces
  • 1 lb. sausage, cut in pieces
  • 3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. linguine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
