  • 8 skinned chicken breasts
  • 2 cans creamed chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. curry
  • 1 large container sour cream
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. sliced almonds
  • paprika
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Brown in butter.

    Mix soup and curry together, pour over chicken.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Take chicken from pan.

    Add large container of sour cream and mushrooms to the pan and mix well.

    Return chicken to pan, sprinkle with almonds.

    Return to oven for another 15 minutes.

    Serve with rice or pasta.
