  • 1 c. fine noodles, cooked
  • 2 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 c. chicken stock
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. grated mild cheese
  • 1 tsp. green pepper, grated
  • 1 tsp. red pepper, grated
  • 3 beaten eggs

Directions

    Mix all ingredients; place in baking dish and cover with chopped parsley and cornflakes.

    Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes. Serve with a sauce of stove-heated cream of mushroom soup spooned over the top of each serving.
