- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 or 3 ribs celery with tops, chopped
- 2 or 3 garlic pods, diced
- 2 or 3 tsp. dried parsley
- 3 large carrots, diced
- rice or noodles (optional)
- 2 bay leaves
- pepper and salt
- 1 tsp. salad dressing
- 1 or 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 3 potatoes, diced
Directions

1Simmer chicken, onion, celery, salt, pepper, bay leaves and salad dressing, about 3 hours.

2Remove chicken and debone.

3Then add chicken, tomatoes, diced carrots and potatoes.

4Simmer another hour.

5Add parsley and rice or noodles last 20 or 30 minutes.
