Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 2 fryers (2 to 3 lb.)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 2 large cans tiny English peas
  • 2 large cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 small jars chopped pimento
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 small cans mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Boil chicken; add salt and pepper.

    Chop cooked chicken into bite-size pieces.

    Boil spaghetti in chicken stock; add water, if needed.

    Saute onions and bell peppers in oleo.

    Add to chicken and spaghetti.

    Add tomatoes, cheese and all remaining ingredients. Bake at 350° until bubbly.
