Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 lb. chicken
  • 1 (14 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. tomato juice or puree
  • 1 c. catsup (optional)
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Directions

    Boil chicken; skin and cut into bite size pieces.

    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and drain.

    Melt oleo; saute celery, bell pepper and onion until almost tender.

    Add soup, tomato juice, catsup and mushrooms.

    Alternate in layers.

    Bake about 1 hour at 325°.
