- 4 to 5 lb. chicken
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. tomato juice or puree
- 1 c. catsup (optional)
- 1 small can mushrooms
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Directions

1Boil chicken; skin and cut into bite size pieces.

2Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and drain.

3Melt oleo; saute celery, bell pepper and onion until almost tender.

4Add soup, tomato juice, catsup and mushrooms.

5Alternate in layers.

6Bake about 1 hour at 325°.
