  • 2 to 3 lb. fryer chickens, boiled and cut off bone
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) box spaghetti, broken
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. grated cheese
  • 1 can English peas

Directions

    Saute celery, onion and green pepper in approximately 2 tablespoons oil.

    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

    Mix chicken and other ingredients together.

    Add canned tomatoes, mushroom soup and cheese and English peas.

    Keep a little of the cheese to sprinkle on top.

    Bake in casserole dish 30 minutes at 350°.
