- 2 to 3 lb. fryer chickens, boiled and cut off bone
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) box spaghetti, broken
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 lb. grated cheese
- 1 can English peas
Directions

1Saute celery, onion and green pepper in approximately 2 tablespoons oil.

2Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

3Mix chicken and other ingredients together.

4Add canned tomatoes, mushroom soup and cheese and English peas.

5Keep a little of the cheese to sprinkle on top.

6Bake in casserole dish 30 minutes at 350°.
