Ingredients
- 4 to 5 chicken breasts
- 1 stick butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 to 4 stalks celery
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 jar pimentos
- 1 can sliced ripe olives
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 soup can milk
- 16 oz. grated cheese
Directions

1Boil chicken breasts.

2Strip meat from bone and save broth. Saute onion, celery, mushrooms and green pepper in butter.

3Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and drain.

4Add water chestnuts, olives and pimentos to sauteed mixture and add spaghetti.

5Add soups and milk.

6Stir well.

7Pour mixture into two 9 x 13-inch baking dishes.

8Top each dish with 8 ounces cheese and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

9One pan can be frozen, just omit cheese and cover.
