- 2 1/2 c. fresh strawberries, maraschino cherries, canned pineapple chunks or mandarin orange sections or combination
- 8 oz. chocolate or vanilla flavored confectioners coating
Directions

1Drain fruit on paper towels for several hours.

2Melt confectioners coating.

3Hold fruit by one end, and dip a portion into melted coating.

4Let excess coating drip off fruit.

5Place on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.

6Let dry.

7If desired, drizzle with additional melted coating.

8Serve fruit the same day it is dipped.

9Makes about 50 pieces.
