Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 to 1 1/2 lb.) chicken or chicken breasts, boiled
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 large bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 can Ro-Tel chopped tomatoes
  • 1 stick margarine
  • celery salt to taste (optional)

Directions

    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

    Saute onion and peppers in margarine.
  3. 3
    Add cheese, which has been cut in small pieces, to spaghetti, onion and peppers while hot.

    Stir in Ro-Tel.

    Mix well. Bake at 300° for 35 to 45 minutes.

    Makes a very large batch.

    May be frozen before baking step.
