Chicken Spaghetti

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 small jar sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 lb. Velveeta
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Boil chicken.

    Remove broth and dice chicken.

    Reserve broth for spaghetti.

    Saute onion and pepper in butter approximately 4 minutes.

    Cook spaghetti in broth, adding water if necessary. When spaghetti is done, do not drain but add chunks of Velveeta and stir until melted.

    Mix with chicken and other ingredients and put in casserole dish.

    Heat until warm and bubbly.
