- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 small jar sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 can English peas
- 1 lb. Velveeta
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Boil chicken.

2Remove broth and dice chicken.

3Reserve broth for spaghetti.

4Saute onion and pepper in butter approximately 4 minutes.

5Cook spaghetti in broth, adding water if necessary. When spaghetti is done, do not drain but add chunks of Velveeta and stir until melted.

6Mix with chicken and other ingredients and put in casserole dish.

7Heat until warm and bubbly.
