- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) Ro-Tel
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 large onion, grated
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 1 can mushroom soup
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Boil chicken in seasoned water, deboned.

2Cook spaghetti

3in chicken broth.

4Do not drain.

5Cut up cheese; add to spaghetti. Cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender; add to spaghetti with Ro-Tel, chicken and mushroom soup.

6Mix well.

7Put in large casserole dish.

8Bake on low for 45 minutes.
