Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 lb. chicken
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 small pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 clove, chopped
  • garlic to taste
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can ripe olives
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 can Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cut up and cook chicken.

    Remove from broth and let cool. Remove skin and set aside.

    Cook spaghetti in broth.

    Saute onions, clove, garlic and green peppers.

    Add tomato sauce, soup, olives, salt, pepper and sauces.

    Mix chicken and spaghetti in large casserole dish.

    Cover with Parmesan cheese.

    Place in hot oven at 325° for about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Serve hot.
